„any issues“ sounds very broad, so let‘s specify a bit. we are interested in anything Your doctor would want to know too - if You undergo any medical treatments please let us know. this concerns among others (but not only) high blood pressure, cardiac and circulation problems, allergies, diabetes, contagious infectious diseases, problems of the muskuloskeletal system or reproductive tract and skin diseases.

of course we have to know if You are pregnant and what kind of surgeries You ever had. if You fail to provide such information prior to Your treatment we decline any liability.
