for new customers we politely ask You, prior to make a booking, to read the pages TREATMENTS (incl. all subcategories like INFO and its associated subcategories), FAQ and especially the PHILOSOPHY, to make sure You understand the difference between us and other massage providers and know what to expect.

upon Your first booking our receptionist will ask You several questions, like Your name, age, weight, height, health etc. - this may seem strange, but serves us to taylor Your experience exactly to Your needs. he will also ask whether You prefer the massage at our place or Yours, on our portable massage table or on Your bed, using our patented head/armrest. please note that we need Your full name and address - without this information we regret not being able to serve You. we keep Your information 100% confidential - we will NEVER pass any details on to a third party.

for this reason Your first booking is only possible by phone (please note we don‘t answer SMS). You pay Your massage to Your therapist after the treatment cash (or credit card +3%). as soon as we know You You are of course welcome to book via EMAIL and pay here on the right side through PayPal (in advance, +5%).

CANCELLATIONS within 6 hours before the appointment result in 50% of the treatment price, within 3 hours or less we have to charge the full amount. thanks for Your kind understanding.
