diploma indicate whether someone had some education and successfully passed all related tests. there may be professions where this makes sense. in the field of massage everybody can make a massage course and, when exercising properly, get the desired diploma, which still does not give any inidication about his/her quality. the real quality of a massage therapist can neither be judged nor certified - one is born as a healer or not - and then in addition can make courses and diploma. whenever we hire somebody we don‘t look for diploma but talent and knowledge - we look for „the unique outstanding therapist skills“. it takes me only one minute to find out whether somebody has „healing hands“ or not - and this is what counts.

of course we have all necessary diploma anyway (as You can see on the right side) - for all those who find some pleasure in reading certificates.
