massage table or bed?

it depends. best You try both.

ideally a massage is performed on a professional massage table. our massage tables are wide enough, soft enough, and have external, individual adjustable head- and armrests.

the massage table allows the therapist to reach every position of Your body ergonomically correct - from each side and each angle. also the (adjustable) height is an advantage, which gives her optimal power and energy at any time by always keeping the body in the best position. during most of our massages the therapist will, when massaging Your back, climb on the table too, allowing her to use her „body weight“ for optimised power. on the massage table the quality of the massage is superiour, since the therapist has full freedom of movements and perfect ergonomics - You only feel her hands.

when performing a massage on a bed there was previously always the problem that, when lying on the belly, one had to crain one‘s neck. we solved this by inventing our patented head- and armrest - we just slide it below Your mattress. especially for big people the comfort when lying on a mattress is unmatched, You have plenty of space and after the massage You just stay where You are - the therapist however has to climb and move around You - sometimes over You and occasionally even sits on You. this results in more body contact and the treatment is, for the reasons mentioned, not as „floating“ and „round“ as on the massage table.
