nomen est omen - so the family name of the owner of this yoga studio in zurich west (district 3) does not come as a coincidence. since many years my daugther has the pleasure to induct delighted regulars to the art of yoga in her „raum für yoga“ (space for yoga). i don‘t hesitate to recommend this haven of spiritual encounters for every level of yoga practitioner - evon though i demand higher standards of my kids than of ordinary mortals :-)
the fewer hair on Your skin the better is the quality of an oil massage. the friendly brazilian claudete removes hair without pain - at least she says so. her studio is close to ours, but You have to make Your way up to the 4th floor without an elvator - means a free fitness test is included.
