arrival time

Your therapist will arrive about 15 minutes before Your scheduled treatment. this is the time she needs to prepare the room - mainly the massage table, towels, oil and music - and to change her dress, ideally in Your bathroom. she will spend about the same time after the treatment to restore the original state of Your room.

if she is late due to unexpected heavy traffic she will either provide the full duration of the massage whenever possible - if You like - or we will reduce the rate accordingly or change to a treatment which fits the remaining time. if You are late and the therapist does not have a follow up treatment she will provide the full treatment time.

if You want to change the duration of a treatment after the therapist‘s arrival, You are welcome to do so. however, she will call the office first to prevent double bookings.
